Auditmii is a product of Techmii Innovations (“we”, “our”, “us”). We build tools that help teams understand and improve how their brand appears across AI-powered search. Product data
The domains, content, prompts, and integration credentials you connect so we can run audits, track visibility, and generate fixes on your behalf.
Usage data
Device, browser, and interaction data collected automatically to keep the platform secure and to understand how features are used.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the audit, fix, and visibility features you use.
- To send account, billing, and product notifications you've opted into.
- To respond to support and sales inquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
Data retention & security
We retain account and product data for as long as your workspace is active, and for a limited period afterward to support recovery and legal obligations. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups to protect your data. See our security overview for more detail.

Request copies of your personal data held by our systems.

Children's privacy
Auditmii is a business tool intended for use by professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and we ask that Auditmii not be used by anyone under that age.

We will update this page as our product and practices evolve, and we'll update the “last updated” date above whenever we do. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
