Please read these terms carefully before using the Auditmii AEO command center. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Auditmii (a product of Techmii Innovations), you agree to these terms. If you are using Auditmii on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to this agreement.

Auditmii is an early-stage product and this draft is pending review by a qualified attorney. It is provided to be transparent about how the platform currently works, not as final legal advice.
2. Description of service
Auditmii provides tools to audit, improve, and monitor how a brand appears in AI-generated search answers, including automated audits, a fix engine, content generation, and visibility tracking across supported AI engines. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable use
Usage must comply with all local, state, and international laws regarding digital marketing and AI.
Data accuracy
You must provide accurate domain and billing information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until canceled. You can view or change your plan from workspace billing settings at any time.
Fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. We may change pricing with advance notice for future billing cycles.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use Auditmii to generate deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content.
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
- Don't use automated means to exceed reasonable API usage without our consent.
- Don't connect domains or accounts you do not have the right to manage.
6. Intellectual property
The service, including its look and feel, proprietary algorithms, and software code, is the property of Techmii Innovations (Auditmii is a product of Techmii Innovations) and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your data: You retain all rights, title, and interest in the content and data you upload or connect. You grant Auditmii a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription and close your workspace at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or activity that puts other users or the platform at risk.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Auditmii is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI visibility scores and recommendations are estimates based on available signals and third-party AI systems we do not control, and are not guarantees of ranking, traffic, or citation outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auditmii is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by local law.
